How can I organize my jewelry?
I have a jewelry box to keep my jewelry in, but it is one with the spinning hooks to hold your necklaces. The problem is that the necklaces are to long for the hooks and they fall to the bottom and get tangled up. And my earrings, I have an earring holder with the holes in it, and I'm running out of space. Any ways on how to stop my necklaces from getting tangled and a way to keep my earrings without them getting mixed up and lost? Lovin ur ideas, but I was lookin for a way to keep my jewelry in the jewelry box... :S Sorry for the inconvenience. Becky Jayne -xxxxxxxxxxx-

- That happened to me... For the necklaces anyways. I was at my friends house, and she had a peice of wood, that she painted to match her room, and it looked really cool and artistic. And she put nails/hooks on it. And she would hang her bracelets and necklaces up on the hooks/nails. It was really cute, and it worked. I didn't have a peice of wood, so I just put hooks in my wall(cause i didn't really care... haha) and that worked too. :P As for the earrings, i would just say to get another one of those holder things. :)
- for your necklaces just use push pins and hang them on there above you're jewelry box so they don't stand out. they have those pill holders for old people that would work great just take some paint and paint it as you wish so it doesn't look like your a druggie lol. good luck
- u could have an shoe box but pait it to look cool then hot glue down soone pices of card board to have littl spaces where ur could put watevr u want in each box
- My mom and I made this cool necklace holder. We long piece of wood (I have a lot of necklaces), but not to wide maybe an inch and a half wide, then we spray painted it pink to go good with my room and there are these cup hooks http://hardware.hardwarestore.com/28-447-cup-hooks.aspx ... we got a huge box of these. Then my brother drill tiny holes in the wood, but did not go all the way through. We then twisted the hooks in (that was hard just so you know). After we got a lot in we had my dad drill it to the wall. Also the hooks were staggered because it would be boring to just have it in a straight line and also it fit more hooks on the wood. I had the hooks pointing up. It's also nice because you can see all of your necklaces and it's very hard for them to get tangled then. The hooks aren't too close together, but definitely not far apart. For the earrings what you could get a thick piece of paper and stick the earrings in the paper. To not lose them I would say to put them back where they go as soon as you take them out.
