What can i do to have the best Mr T fancy dress costume?

Based in the UK, we are having a Mr T themed event in December and 30 of us will be dressed as Mr T. Has anyone got any suggestions on how I can stand out and have the best Mr T outfit? I have found the mahican hair etc but need to get a realistic beard and heavy jewellery/gold chains - anyone got any good ideas to make the costume look as real as possible?
