How can I stand out at a new school?

The school I'm going into is CRAZY with restrictions! - our schoolbags have to be plain black - we can't make any alterations to our uniforms - black, lace-up shoes - black hairties ONLY - no makeup - no nailpolish - no jewellery. What can I do to make sure I'm not just another one of the 300 girls there??

2. You said nothing about being banned from neon green hair...so, there ya go. Seriously, get involved in school activities and be helpful to others and a nice person. If you are a friend to many people, you will stand out. I know it sux, but they want all students on a level playing field without distractions from their education. I think it fosters more rebellion but that's just my opinion.
3. make your hair color pink. and put a violet or red contact lens.for sure you'll be different.

Honestly, the best thing you can do that will make you stand out where ever you go and will help you answer this question in regards to style in the future is to develop a super fun, cute, and outgoing personality. If you can have fun wherever you go no matter what your situation AND make everyone around you have fun too, you'll stand out in the crowd and people will always want to be near you. If you make guys feel accepted, appreciate, and if you learn to stroke their egos like you would a purring cat or a puppy dog, you'll be the most popular girl in school and i don't care what you look like. It's all about having fun and building up the self-esteem of everyone around you in the process. Not only will you stand out in the crowd, you'll develop a highly attractive personality, and that personality is what you're gonna want to base you personal sense of style off of anyhow.

6. omg thats gayy i feel bad for you. like everyone else said though, i agree about the personality thing. since you cant really stand out too physically unless your like drop dead gorgeous or butt ugly, you really have to work on always being outgoing and down to earth and people will love to be around you. being talkative and flirty with guys is good too.

Sounds the same as my school Check it out first, see how strict they really are And suss it from there Coz my school tried to scare us into thinking the same thing, that they were hardass strict and we had to abide those same rules, only navy blue bags and hair ties. But we soon learnt they were not that strict and we get away with almost half that stuff now, still gotta look presentable but we all wear make up, nail polish and jewelery, its just not obscene or hideous.
