What is a good wedding gift for your wedding party?

I am getting married in September. I am going to get my girls that are standing up jewelry, necklace and earrings. I was also going to get each girl a pair of flip flops to wear at the reception just in case their feet start to hurt. What is something else that I could get them? Also if you have any good websites for jewelry that would be great as well. thanks
