what camera make the picture change color?

on face book some girl had a picture were everything was black and white but her red shirt and her red necklaces stand out..meaning it was red while everything else was black and white..i thing it soo cool...some other had a smiler picture...but her blue sneaker and shirt stand out...her caption said "like my new camera"
