What can I do to make this outfit stand out?

the outfit is light blue faded jeans and im thinking brown gladiators but idk if a white blouse would be too plain.i do have a brown wooden necklace but i think that would clash.what color shirt do you reccomend?

1. you can keep the white top so that you can see the necklace brown and gold bangle bracelets would definitely help
2. Ok well you could wear a black tank under the white blouse and some black shoes and maybe a black belt.
3. Yes keep the white blouse. It won't clash. I see a head scarf with pattern on it with this outfit!
4. are the jeans skinny leg? wide leg? boot cut? what? and it depends on the fit of the blouse. I always stand by layering and accessories. never fails. just don't over-accessorize. then comes the failure.
