How much will I get for my stuff at the pawn shop?
I have some things that I want to pawn, but I want to know about how much to expect for the stuff. The first item is a lead crystal Christmas tree made in Germany (about 12 inches tall and 5 inches wide), it's heavy and very pretty. The second item is a lead crystal star-shaped jewelry holder also made in Germany (about the size of the palm of your hand). And the third item is a candle/champagne glass that I bought it in France. It has purple gel/wax inside the glass with a little statue of the Eiffel Tower. So once the candle goes out, it's a usable wine/champagne glass. So, does anyone have an ESTIMATED amount that I can expect to get for these at a pawn shop?

- you probably wont get what you want out of it..Most Pawn shops are cheapskates.
- 20 Bucks if they even take it all < No lie
- A pawn shop will not give you anywhere near what it is worth, and there is the possibility that they won't take it at all if it's something they feel wouldn't sell. Pawn shops are there if you need to sell and really need the money, but you will be better off selling it throught the classifieds or a bulletin board.
- 15?if your lucky
- Pawn shops are notorious for giving you a rock bottom price so the can resell the items at near retail cost. Rarely do pawn shops take collectables, high turn over items like power tools and stereos don't take up storage space. They're in it for the money. Take your items to a antique shop and have them appraised. You will be surprised at the difference.
