How can I create a fancy logo?

what type of software do i need I want "Scarlett Designs'' in fancy writing like victorian style w/ pinks and peachy colors....... and flowers accordingly. any ideas? any free software to do it for jewelry or Earrings holders i was thinking some kind of a label. please help me! and thank u well i need Scarlett Designs in victorian style what font can i use i own a mac

1. To create a logo, you will need a to do it in a vector format. I suggest adobe illustrator. You can download a free trial version at www.adobe.com Never create a logo in photoshop unless you can change it to vector. good luck!
