Jewellery Stand

I have been looking for a decorative item and cannot seem to find it for over a year.?

The Item is a woman dress stand-- that is put on top of maybe a dresser or some table. It kind of looks like the jewelry holders on those carts at the mall--except it is not to hold jewelry. It is a basic woman figure model without a head, and usually has a pretty doll like dress. It stands and is about 10 to 12 inches in height. Sometimes there is flowers on it. In the past, I have found the item in a marshalls or target--but it is so hard and very rare to find anymore. Can someone please tell me where I can find it? thanks

2. Try TJ MAXX. I think you might be talking about the deco that looks like the bodice of a woman that a seamstress uses for sewing clothes. If that is what you are looking for, I have seen them several times at my local TJ Maxx in the housewares/deco dept.
3. Try eBay, it called mannequin.
