I bought a "10K gold" rope style necklace from the piercing pagoda stand in a mall and they told me it was real 10K gold. I know the purity of 10K is only 50%, but when I tried pawning the necklace off, the 4 different shop owners told me it wasn't real gold at all. (Not even 10K, it stuck to a magnet.) I bought a ring from the pagoda and it was real 10K gold. Should I be able to get a refund from the Pagoda for lying about selling me "real gold"? (I do have the reciept, and the necklace says 10K right on the latch.)
