How Can I Make My Black Dress Stand Out?

The dress is above my knees and the sleeves are like a lace transparent 3/4 sleeve. I thought of wearing maroon flats with it and a statement necklace. Have more ideas?

2. statement neclace would be great, as long as it REALLY stands out. wear some adorable shoes too and maybe even a colored belt (but try all that on together before you go to make sure it's not too much)
