2. In the City Hall of Athens there is a special office that issues licenses for street vendors.You should go there and ask what you have to show to get it. In Theissio area the price for the license should be quite high on account of the Sunday flea market that takes place close by If you plan to sell real jewelery that is not the proper way to do it.
