Jewelry Stand with lead paint.?

I got a jewelry stand from Urban Outfitters for Christmas and on the bottom of the stand there is a sticker warning that it was painted with paint that contains lead and could be harmful to the reproductive system. It is a fairly small jewelry stand, but will this actually cause any danger? Should I return it?

1. You cannot absorb this type of lead through your skin and it will not transfer to your jewelry. You are safe as long as you don't sand the paint and turn it to dust.
