Jewellery Stand

How to stand out with my clothes and jewelry?

Hey I want to stand out to people but I don't want over the top colors and yeah. I usually just wear jeans, a tank, graphic tee, and flip flops. What clothes or jewelry can i wear to stand out and make people say, "wow she looks good ;] "

  1. a lot of colour
  2. wear things that no one you have seen wear
  3. Color, and don't spend too much money unless you have it.
  4. If your wanting to "stand out" the first thing that comes to mind is bright colors . But considering you don't want over the top colors , you're going to have to do without . There are many ways to stand out with out a huge splash of color . I'm not sure if your style is classy or casual but it kind of sounds casual . So I would just go with some nice dangly earrings and big rings .
  5. I simply love to purchase jewelry from craft shows and art fairs...they are usually one of a kind pieces.and a great bag never hurts!!
  6. these will totally make you stand out! http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5676639
  7. Clothes that fill well - aren't too tight or too loose, that emphasise the good points of your figure without showing too much and that are in good condition are the best starting point. Good quality supporting underwear is really important too! There are many books and shows out there that can help guide you to dress the best for your body type (think of Tim Gunn's Guide to Style in the US or Trinny and Susannah's What Not To Wear in the UK). Also consider your skin tone - certain colours are going to look better than others - get into good natural light with a mirror and hold colours up to your face - some are going to add a glow to your face and look great whereas others are going to make you look sallow and drawn. With jewellery - the guide is to wear no more than 2 biggish pieces at a time. So wear a necklace and earrings or a bracelet and earrings for example. Your face shape and the neckline you are wearing will also indicate what style of jewellery will suit you. Eg. wear long earrings with a high neckline or go for a longer length necklace; echo the line of a v-neck by wearing a y-necklace, one with a drop feature or a multi-strand.
